Cancellation Policy
24hr notice must be given for LASH EXTENSION SERVICES in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In failure to do so you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment, any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 6hrs or less will be charged 100% of scheduled appointment.
PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES MUST give at least 5 days notice in order to receive their deposit back. If canceled or rescheduled within less than 5 days, your deposit will be lost.
